Severe Service Paint Pumps

Airless Spray for Sharp Lines and Fast Production

• Produces crisp and precise lines without the "fuzzy" edges produced by conventional air spray systems. Titan's exclusive SC-5 Airless Striping Tips come standard with each gun and are available in a wide range of sizes.
• Overspray is reduced by up to 25% with airless spray systems.
• Color changes and refills are quick and easy since pressure pots are eliminated.
• Output production on the PowrLiner Series ranges from 1.3 gpm (5 lpm) to 2 gpm (7.5 lpm). These outputs translate to production capabilities of 550 lineal feet per minute (170 m) to 800 lineal feet per minute (245 m). This is up to 60% higher production than the competition.

Quick and Easy Gun Adjustments

• No tools are required to adjust the gun positions, height, angle, etc.
• No tools are required to remove guns for stenciling applications. Simply loosen the gun holster knob and remove gun. When you return the gun back to the holster to continue striping, it will be in the same position where you left off.
• Each gun comes with Titan's exclusive SC-5 Reversible Striping Tip. These tips are precision cut to produce crisp, sharp lines mile after mile. If a tip clog does occur, a simple twist of the tip expels the clog - in just seconds you're ready to continue striping, without any tools.

• The PowrLiners have a unique modular frame design that allows you to move the handle to the front to create a rear-wheel caster configuration to suit the operator's preference or specific job requirements.
• All PowrLiners have a heavy-duty Sure_Trak front caster system that allows you to transition from a straight line to a curved line smoothly and easily with a control lever on the handle. This caster system will automatically lock back into a true straight track once the lever is released.

One or Two Guns

• Each PowrLiner comes with Titan's SGX-20 Airless Spray Gun. This gun has stainless steel fluid passages and a tungsten carbide ball valve and seat for extended duty life. It is pressure rated at 5000 psi (345 BAR) and comes complete with a 4" (10 cm) SC-5 Reversible Striping Tip.
• All PowrLiners have a heavy-duty Sure_Trak front caster system that allows you to transition from a straight line to a curved line smoothly and easily with a control lever on the handle. This caster system will automatically lock back into a true straight track once the lever is released.
• Spray stripes from 2" to 24" (5 - 60 cm)
